Sponsorship Opportunities

Intended to add value, these opportunities will allow the sponsors to build their brands, build relationships, allow for the surveying of clients and distinguish exhibitors who take advantage of them from their opposition; it also offers the visitor the opportunity for face-to-face interaction - utilising all their senses - sight, touch, sound, smell and taste.

Advertising - in the AIR Africa Newspaper Supplement
Aisle Sign Advertising - Exhibitor's logo and stand number on a sign hanging from the show's aisle signage Sponsorship of aisle signage ensures visibility within the exhibition halls - sponsor to provide banner.
Awards Function - sponsors will have the opportunity of branding the venue, inviting selected guests and speaker opportunities
Banners - on entering and leaving the exhibition hall banners carrying your company's branding and exhibitor stand location can be placed in strategic positions in the aisles - sponsor to provide banner.
Complimentary Visitor Tickets - sponsorship of exhibition tickets gives your company dominant exposure and maximum visibility. Tickets are distributed to prospective business visitors through direct mail, media insertions into business, financial and trade publications and through exhibitors to their own databases.
Conference & Seminar Programme - sponsors will have the opportunity of asking key clients to attend the conferences. In addition, speaker opportunities can be offered to them, logo identification on conference/seminar programme.
Exhibitors' Badges, Badge Holders and Lanyards - each exhibitor and their personnel will be provided with an official badge, badge-holder and lanyard which can prominently display the provider's name and logo. Badge-holders and lanyards branded with the sponsor's name to be supplied by sponsor.
Exhibitor Welcome Kits - exhibitors will receive a welcome pack when they first arrive on-site. It will contain the latest information about programmes and events, lists of confirmed delegates, onsite telephone numbers, any extra passes they may have ordered and a wealth of material about places to go and things to do in the Johannesburg area. This entire package can be placed in the sponsor's branded packaging along with sponsor-supplied literature and any welcome gift they may wish to provide.
Floor Graphics - A1 poster size full colour floor graphics, non slip, with plastic covering. Ensures maximum exposure in high traffic areas.
Free-Standing Billboards - in the foyer outside the exhibition hall - sponsor to provide billboard.
Lead Pads - to be distributed to all exhibitors with the sponso's logo displayed.
Media Facilities - journalists will be accredited in the Media Centre which will provide workspace, conference and lounge facilities and serve as their base as they cover the exhibition. Sponsor will have the right to various branding opportunities inside and outside the media facilities.
On-Line Registration - logo and a link to exhibitor's website.
On-Site Registration - branding and message on every registration station and sponsors provide the stanchions for visitor registration at the exhibition. Sponsors can meet visitors as they wait and register for entry into the exhibition - this great branding opportunity makes a huge statement about the products and solutions you provide.
Show Bag - branding on the sides of the bag distributed to all visitors at the entrance to the show, thereby branding your company throughout halls and the surrounding area. Carrier bags containing show information goes back to the office with visitors, making sure that your message echoes after and extends beyond the exhibition experience
"Thank You" Post Show email - sponsors participate in thanking visitors for attending the show.
Matchmaking Programme & Information Centre - this is the area where visitors can seek answers and assistance to make their AIR Africa 2010 experience run as smoothly as possible. Staffed by friendly and knowledgeable personnel, the Matchmaking Information Centre will give visitors a place to find information about exhibitors and make appointments. The sponsor can have signage recognition in and around the Centre.
VIP Visitors' Lounge - The sponsor of this facility will receive inside and outside branding recognition
Visitor Badges & Lanyard - the sponsor's name on each lanyard which VIP's, trade visitors and media get to keep. Sponsor to supply lanyards.
Visitor eNewsletter Sponsor - exhibitors can deliver their message before they arrive at the expo.
Web Banner & Link - exhibitors will have their advert and link to their website on AIR Africa website - each link.

AIR Africa can provide a Sponsorship Programme (Gold, Silver etc) which will offer exciting marketing opportunities designed to maximise the ROI of exhibitors. Innovative sponsorship ideas are also welcomed.

All sponsorship prices exclude productions costs and VAT at 14%, unless specified otherwise.
